The Oslo Workshop on the theory, methods and functions of public law

The workshop welcomes speakers to present articles or work in progress on the challenges for the functions and methods of public law. The seminar is explorative with the aim of understanding current changes of public law, and encourages in particular the use of interdisciplinary approaches for understanding the functions, the current changes and the novel directions of public law.

The seminar is open to participation from scholars of public law, as well as other academic disciplines. Presentations are based on papers distributed in advance.
