During the academic year of 2022/2023, four teams will be representing the Faculty in different international moot competitions. As part of the oral preparations, we are organizing dress rehearsals for one of these teams. The rehearsals will be open for all students at our Faculty. The rehearsal for Telders will take place on the 5th of June at Gamle Festsal.

Why should you attend?

Attending the dress rehearsals will allow you to learn more about a project offered by the Faculty to develop practical skills within the field of law. If you are thinking about participating in one of these competitions in the future, this will give you a better perception of what it entails.

About Telders

This years Telders international moot court is populated by wild creatures, from holy animals to unholy experiments.  They star in the equally wild series of events that unfolds in Brackfish is Served, a case which requires teams to anticipate and strategize arguments on a range of highly contentious legal questions.  This rich story touches upon the jurisdiction of international courts, the nullity of arbitral awards, the law of treaties, state responsibility, food security, and the law of the sea. The competition will take place in The Hague 15.-17. June. The team has also been to Napels, for their pre-moots, where they bacame runners up.
