Russia is committing serious violations of international law by waging war against an independent state. The attack on-, and the ongoing Russian war in Ukraine, is the most serious threat to world peace we have seen in decades.
We stand with the people of Ukraine, and will actively show solidarity with students and teachers at our Ukrainian sister institutions. We at the University of Oslo will support people fleeing the war, and in partnership with other European universites we will do our outmost to ensure that Ukrainian universities can continue to function.
