Nordic Company Law Network

The Nordic Company Law Network is a network for Nordic researchers who are either working within the field of company law and capital market law or whose work in a closely related area (e.g. labour law, accounting and auditing law) provides them with an interest in this field. The Network encourages scholars of all levels to become members, including PhD candidates.

The Network has a Steering group consisting of senior members of the Nordic Company Law Network. To become a member of the Steering Group, a candidate must have a doctorate (PhD) in a relevant area and be recommended by two existing members of the Steering Group.

All members of the Network are included in the Network’s e-mailing list, which we use to send out information about relevant calls for papers and invitation to events, including the annual PhD Seminar Companies and Markets. There is a separate e-mailing list for the Steering Group, to be used for Steering Group meetings.

We encourage all members to join the Network’s Facebook group – our forum for informal discussions.

To register your interest in becoming a member of the Network and/or of the Network’s Steering Group, please fill in this online form.
