Guest lecture: Getting Published Internationally in Academic Books and Journals

CUP mainly seeks research monographs in English to sell globally on selected topics in arbitration, comparative law, company/commercial/corporate law, dispute resolution, European law, human rights,  intellectual property and IT law,  international law, jurisprudence, some legal history, medico-legal, and private international law.  CUP is open to some edited collections but only where there is a coherent and unifying theme, and ideally arising from collaborative international research project.
