About the speakers

  • Daniel Gervais: Professor Gervais holds the Milton R. Underwood Chair in Law and is the Director of the Vanderbilt Intellectual Property Program at Vanderbilt University.
  • Henrique Sousa Antunes is Associate Professor at Católica | Lisbon School of Law, where he earned his Doctoral Degree in 2010 (Including Illicit Profits and Punitive Effects among the Consequences of Extra-Contractual Civil Liability: the Legitimising thereof through Damages).
  • Tito Rendas is Executive Dean at Católica Global School of Law, where he also co-coordinates the LL.M. in Law in a Digital Economy, Assistant Professor at Universidade Católica Portuguesa - Faculdade de Direito, and member of the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law.
