Dissertation project of Jasmina Bukovac
My thesis deals with the practice of the competition authorities and the jurisprudence on sustainability in Swiss antitrust law. Furthermore, it analyses possible conflicts of objectives (e.g. competition law vs. environmental law) and addresses the question as to how these goals can be brought to the best possible balance. Through a legal comparison, I examine whether concrete legislative proposals can be made in order to make Swiss antitrust law more sustainable.
