Female business scholars are cited less than they should be because, very generally speaking, men tend to cite men; men tend to self-cite more than women do; while women cite both men and women. With female business scholars also being in most countries in minority positions, they get less cited.
As a small contribution to mitigate that, we have set up our open-access Daughters of Themis Library, which will be freely available via our website and accessible to everyone.
The Daughters of Themis gratefully acknowledges the support of the University of Oslo Faculty of Law’s Equality and Diversity Committee, which has made this possible.
