In this lecture, visiting scholar Visar Morina reflects on the application of the ECHR through the Kosovo Constitutional Court (KCC) and "the challenges of constitutionalization without ratification."

The conference will shed light on how international law shapes central bank policies and how central banks shapes international law, including whether central banks are a clear and consistent concept under international law. It will discuss traditional topics such as central banks and sovereign immunity and topics of an increasing relevance such as sanctions against central banks. It will also explore how the expansive role of central banks is influenced by the availability of other viable crisis resolution measures in international law related to in particular the climate crises and sovereignty debt crises.

Inger-Johanne Sand turned 70 in December 2022. She is one of the leading legal internationalists in Nordic legal science. In her long career, she has made new and important theoretical contributions to jurisprudence. Inger-Johanne Sand has always been involved in legal politics and legal reform and she has brought together critical social theory and legal science in ways that few have done in Nordic legal research. In recent years, she has been engaged in research questions arising out of the pandemic and new technologies within welfare and health.
