About the group
The thematic group for dispute resolution and courts is a meeting place for professional development and dissemination of civil procedural issues. The group holds monthly thematic lunches with presentations of ongoing research projects. Here, students and academic staff meet to discuss topics within the field, and master students who writes thesis on civil procedure are contributing actively.
In addition to monthly lunches, research activities are also carried out among the seniors in the group. Here, work is done on various academic articles, and the thematic group can also organize seminars on topics of current interest.
