Høsten 2020 fyller Professor emeritus i Sosialøkonomi ved Det juridiske fakultet i Oslo, Erling Eide, 80 år. Vi er noen av hans kolleger som gjerne vil benytte denne anledningen til å samtale om, og diskutere, forholdet mellom jus og sosialøkonomi.

Aled Dilwyn Fisher has been enrolled in the joint program European doctorate in law and development (EDOLAD). He will be defending the thesis Living rights on a dying planet: The roles of legislated rights in development and systemic change in response to socioecological crises through the Indian National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA) for the degree of PhD. The degree will be given jointly by the University of Edinburgh and the University of Oslo.
Aled Dilwyn Fisher har vært tilknyttet ph.d.- programmet European doctorate in law and development (EDOLAD). Han vil forsvare sin avhandling for graden ph.d som er en fellesgrad mellom Universitetet i Edinburgh og Universitetet i Oslo: Levende rettigheter på en døende planet: Rollene til lovfestede rettigheter i utvikling og systemendring i møte med sosiale og økologiske kriser gjennom Indias National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (NREGA).
