This lecture charts the transformative shifts in techniques that seek to deliver (consumer) redress. It shows how traditional approaches of litigation have been eclipsed by the new technology of regulatory redress techniques and consumer dispute resolution (CDR). A plea is made to integrate these old and new technologies into a holistic framework.
