Research areas

Research at the NRCCL and SeGov is organized under one of the following five research areas.  It is not always easy to place a project under one area, and research projects very often touch several research areas or lie at the borderline between areas which are not mentioned in the general overview.  Our research is often cross-disciplinary and the inter-disciplinary approach is a part of our research strategy.

Ability to form contract online is a fundamental requirement to the growth of E-commerce on the Internet. It is thus important to ensure that online contract is legally enforceable so that Internet users (consumers and businesses alike) are confident about the applicability of their e-commerce contractual arrangements.
