Background

Kirsten Lange holds a master’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Oslo. She wrote her master’s thesis in contract law while working as a research assistant at the Department of Private Law. Following her graduation in 2016, she has been affiliated with the Faculty of Law as an external lecturer in contract law and tort law.

Kirsten has experience working in both the public and private sectors, most recently as an acting Legal Adviser in the Legislation Department in the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Public Security. Starting April 2023, she is writing her Ph.D. dissertation on non-performance caused by or otherwise attributed to the party alleging non-performance.
