Background
Lene has a Master of Laws degree from 2016 (UiO). She has worked with technology law as a lawyer in the law firms CLP (2017-2022, TMT department), and Thommessen (2020-2022, department of technology, privacy and cyber security).
Lene started as a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Private Law in the spring of 2023. Her PhD-project concerns the legal implications of outsourcing of IT services. The project will focus contractual law, privacy law and financial regulations.
