Background
Heggelund is an experienced lawyer, and has mainly in the field of employment law. She is now a research fellow associated with the project "Power and human dignity in the digital working life" which is carried out by SERI in collaboration with LO and Fafo.
Heggelund is working on a PhD dissertation about digitalization in workplaces. The dissertation addresses the features of the digitalization of working life that can provide a basis for a shift in power and weakened co-determination for employees. Including the significance of the rules for the employer's processing of personal data for the balance of power in workplaces.
