Background

Sander has a Master of Law from the University of Oslo (2023). He wrote his thesis on the Norwegian participation in the European Arrest Warrant-system, while working as a student researcher at the Research Service Section of the Storting. During his studies, Sander worked as a Research Assistant at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights. After obtaining his master's degree, Sander worked as a researcher at the Storting.

Sander started as Doctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Private Law in the summer of 2024. His PhD-project concerns the EEA agreement's impact on the interpretation of the other international agreements between Norway and the EU.

Courses taught

In the autumn of 2024, he will be teaching in JUS2211 - Forvaltningsrett og EØS-rett.
