Background
Simen Has a Norwegian law degree from University of Oslo. He worked until 2018 as an associate/managing associate at Schjødt Law firm, where he particularly worked with EEA law, contract law and dispute resolution. From 2018 to 2024, he worked at the office of the attorney general for civil affairs, where he particularly worked with EEA law and litigation.
Simen started as a Doctoral Research Fellow at EURNOR in the spring of 2024. His PhD-project concerns the impact of EEA law in the assessment of fundamental contractual issues where public authorities are party to a contract.
