Death penalty: An emerging jus cogens prohibition?

The seminar at the Faculty of Law addresses the Death penalty in international Law, and the question of whether there is an emerging jus cogens prohibition.

The seminar is one of the side events to the 6th World Congress Against the Death Penalty taking Place in Oslo.

The Italian Ambassador, Giorgio Novello, will open.

Speakers include Antonio Stango, Mads Andenæs and Ludovica Chiussi.
