About the project
Based on risk management standard ISO 31000 the project develops tentative methods for legal risk management. The application of legal risk management is also investigated in empirical case studies. The case studies are carried out both to evaluate the developed methods and to provide a basis for a general discussion of the potential utility of legal risk management.
