Professor Ondersma scholarship consider human rights and social justice implications for laws and policies governing business and credit. She received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School where she was an executive editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. Prior to joining Rutgers, she clerked for the Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and worked as an associate in the Business Finance and Restructuring Department at Weil, Godshal & Manges LLP in New York.
Professor Ondersma is a member of the academic advisory board of the project Societal Security and Digital Identities (SODI).
