Seminar on Content Delivery Networks and Net Neutrality

The use of Content Delivery Networks enhances an Internet content providers’ service to its customers by placing their content closer to the user. This could have an effect on the principle of Net Neutrality as access to these CDNs is normally at a cost which can be prohibitive to smaller content providers.
