Sebastian er førsteamanuensis II ved Centre on Experiential Legal Learning (CELL) og Senter for rettsinformatikk (SERI)  i tillegg til sitt virke som førsteamanuensis ved Centret for informations- og innovationsret (CIIR) ved Københavns Universitet.
