Background
Nina Christine Dahl has a master's degree in disability and society from NTNU. In recent years, Dahl has worked as a senior adviser at the Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs, with a focus on adults at risk. She lectures at the Norwegian Police University, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences and VID.
Dahl has published several books dealing with her field of interest and contributed to anthologies.

Appointments
Dahl is currently collaborating with a research group at Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s Social Research and Fafo, which will evaluate the Norwegian Children's House and the follow-up of particularly vulnerable adults. She is also associated with the research environment at the Norwegian Police University and Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
Positions held
Dahl has been a member of the working committee for the Network for legal security for people with intellectual disabilities in case of offenses, for 8 years. She is now a member of the network.
