Registration
If you are interested in participating in the Conference, please send an e-mail to Stephanie.schmolzer@jus.uio.no. Invited participants are asked to register and choose whether they need accommodation at the Holmenkollen Park Hotel Rica, at preferential rates. Their names and duration of stay will be communicated to the hotel.

Payment:
If you stay at the conference hotel, you can pay your accommodation and conference fee directly at the hotel. If you have private accommodation, you will be asked to pay the conference fee using our online form (Master Card, Visa).
Cancellations:
If you cancel your participation less than 1 month before the conference dates without offering a substitute delegate, a cancellation fee may apply.
Travel information
The main airport Oslo Airport Gardermoen is located 45 km north of Oslo, but the city is also easy to reach from Sandefjord Airport Torp and Moss Airport Rygge.
There will be a shuttle service from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Holmenkollen hotel on 6 April 2014. A staff member will be present in the arrivals area at the airport to guide participants to the bus.
