Venue
The ESIL Conference will take place at the law faculty, located in the very city centre. It includes three main buildings, called Domus Bibliotheca, Domus Media and Domus Academica, centered around the University Square and facing Karl Johans gate.
The plenary sessions, fora and agorae will be held in Domus Media (1) and Domus Academica (2), both located on the University Square (Universitetsplassen). Coffee breaks and lunches will be served in a tent on University Square. Illustration: UiO.

The University Aula and Edvard Munch
The Aula is located in Domus Media. The painter Edvard Munch (1863–1944) worked with the decoration of the University Aula in the years 1909–1916.
