The lecture is based on the book "Spatial Justice", 2015. The book concerns how we regulate space and landscapes, and is based on environmental law and legal theory.
More specifically it is about the relationship of law to the earth, landscapes and the environment, and on how law by regulating "space" affects our perception and usages of the environment. The lecture will also discuss the relationship between human rights and the environment.
The lecture will be held in English.
Professor Andreas Philippopoulos-Mihalopoulos will be the commentator at the midway assessment of Dina Townsend on May 18th, at 2 pm.
