EDOLAD- guest lecture: The Importance of Elsewhere

Professor Morag Goodwin, Tilburg University, will give a guest lecture on global Law.

The Importance of Elsewhere

Professor Goodwin holds the Chair in Global Law and Development at Tilburg Law School. Her lecture explores the phenomenon of global law and argues for the importance of learning the lessons of law and development for how we conceptualise or think about global law. In doing so, it appeals for a conceptualization of global law as approach rather than as object.
