The Department of Public and International Law, in collaboration with the Center for European Law and the Research Group on Constitutional Law, invites you to a seminar on the legal situation concerning the relation between the EU and member state courts finding provisions of the EU incompatible with domestic law, with the Polish constitutional tribunal's decision as a central case.

Programme

  •  Opening presentation by professor Christophe Hillion, Department of Public and International Law
  • Commentary by PhD Candidate Lukasz Bojarski, Department of Private Law

Professor Inger-Johanne Sand, Head of Department (IOR), will lead the discussions.
