The Academic Forum hosted a virtual side-event on 17 November 2021 at the 41st Session of UNCITRAL WGIII, on the topic of Enforcement of Decisions by Permanent Bodies. The event was moderated by Catharine Titi. It featured presentations by Malcolm Langford, Emilia Onyema, Michele Potestà , and Giovanni Zarra. They spoke about two forthcoming Academic Forum Concept Papers on qualitative and empirical dimensions of enforcement.
