MultiRights - The Legitimacy of Multi-Level Human Rights Judiciary (completed)

The proliferation of human rights treaties at regional and global levels may offer moral foundations for international law. However, many worry that this growth of supervisory organs is illegitimate. The MultiRights project scrutinizes such claims of legitimacy deficits, and considers reform proposals.

MultiRights is a 5-year project financed by an Advanced Grant from the European Research Council.

The project was completed in May 2016.
