Ronald Craig has his legal education from both the US and Norway. He has worked in the field of human rights and non-discrimination and equality for the last 18 years – both theoretically (at the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights) and practically (at the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud). The title of his doctoral thesis was: Systemic Discrimination and the Promotion of Ethnic Equality. He is presently senior adviser at the Norwegian Equality and Anti-Discrimination Ombud.
