Overview
Johnny Herre is professor II in commercial arbitration at the Scandinavian Institute for Maritime Law, University of Oslo. His core competence lies in the law of contracts and obligations and arbitration law. He is a former justice of the Supreme Court of Sweden and a former professor at the Stockholm School of Economics. He is frequently appointed as arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes, often in an international context.
