Tort liability for interference with contracts

The aim of Beate Fiskerstrand's Phd project is to analyze under which circumstances a third party may be held liable in tort for causing a breach of contract between two other parties under Norwegian law.

About the project

This is a topic which has not been widely discussed in Norwegian law, and the thesis will therefore include a comparative approach towards Germany and the Anglo-American legal systems, as well as analyzing some of the relevant situations from a Law and Economics perspective.“

Objectives

The project is expected to conclude in 2019, with the submission of her PhD thesis.
