The Department of Energy and Resources Law of the University of Oslo (UiO), Norway, in collaboration with the Research Group in Natural Resources Law, is pleased to announce the first conference of the ELAWNET project on Energy Law in the light of the green transition towards NET zero emissions.
The conference will take place over one and a half day, starting in the afternoon of Tuesday 14th of May and finishing at the end of the day on Wednesday 15th of May 2024. The conference will be followed by a one-day PhD school on Thursday 16th of May 2024. All meetings will take place at the UiO Faculty of Law, in downtown Oslo.
The conference aims to provide a platform for discussion and knowledge sharing on various legal issues of energy market design and just energy transition under net zero emission goals.
