A research group was established in January 2012 at the Faculty of Law by researchers interested in law of contracts in an international perspective. Articles from the kick-off seminar of the research group are now published in MarIus.

I en ny bok argumenterer 34 forskere for at vi må utvikle nye rettsregler for å ivareta natur og miljø. Boken er et resultat av konferansen Rule of law for Nature, arrangert av Forskergruppe i naturressursrett i mai 2012.
After the conference Rule of Law for Nature in May 2012 the most visionary contributions were chosen for publishing. Editor is Professor Christina Voigt, who also headed the conference set up by the Research group in natural resources law.
