Project presentation: The Law of the Land

The research group "Constitutional Law and fundamental rights" (Faculty of Law, Pontifical Catholic University of Peru) and postdoctoral research fellow Natalia Torres Zuniga (Norwegian Centre for Human Rights) will organize a presentation on the project "The Law of the Land: a legal study of land concentration, violence and racism in the Andes" in Lima, Peru.

Roundtable discussion

The event's format will be a roundtable discussion between panellists PhD Roger Merino (University of the Pacific), PhD Natalia Torres (University of Oslo) and Master of Laws Alberto Cruces (Pontifical Catholic University of Peru). They will dialogue about the notion of the economic constitution in Peru and the co-constitutive relationship between constitutional law, markets and agro-extractivism.

Language

The panellists will conduct the dialogue in Spanish.
