This Special Issue, Fragmentation in International Human Rights Law - Beyond Conflict of Law, explores the consequences of institutional fragmentation within international human rights law. Employing a functionalist comparative law methodology, the right to privacy and family life, freedom of speech, freedom of assembly and freedom of association are analysed.
