Erasmus+ Global Mobility Programme supports mobility between European higher education institutions. The collaboration between the NCHR and the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina (especially the Resource Centre on Transitional Justice), aims at advancing research-based teaching in the fields of human rights, transitional justice, democracy and rule of law. The project includes joint teaching and research initiatives and several student and academic staff mobilities.

The project aims to attract interest in studying Kosovo's ongoing efforts to implement international human rights standards and transitional justice reforms related to the 1998-1999 conflict and the post-conflict period. It will also expand the number of human rights courses offered in English at the University of Prishtina, and renew the course curricula of the NCHR Master program.
