We are currently calling for papers on a range of topics involving comparative analysis in human rights research, including papers with a special focus on:

  • Analysis of different domestic and/or international jurisdictions pertaining to human rights law
  • Relationship between conflicting legal regimes and/or norms which may be relevant to human rights law
  • Applied human rights research: impact analysis, fact finding and monitoring
  • Case studies and challenges in data collection, verification and reliability

Limited funding is available through the Nordic Network in Human Rights Research and the Åbo Akademi Institute for Human Rights (Finland) for travel and accommodation costs.
