After several years of experience working for and with transmission system operators in the Netherlands and Belgium, Mr. Pavesi joined ACER in April 2020 as Policy Officer. He is currently leading the work on the definition of alternative bidding zone configurations for the bidding zone review and he is involved in related activities such as the monitoring of the 70% target and the drafting of the electricity market monitoring report. During the webinar, Mr. Pavesi will present the review process for bidding zone configuration, the involvement and role of ACER in that respect, including decisions on methodology. He will also highlight the relevance of ongoing processes for the Nordic region.
